We took a quick trip to San Antonio. I had to be in San Antonio for an early morning appointment on Friday so we went down the night before. After my appointment we found a children's museum. The kids loved it and didn't want to go. I think their favorite thing to do was to play in the grovery store they had. It was really cute. They had a mini HEB set up with registers and food (the food wasn't real). We played there most of the afternoon and then went to eat at the Rain Forest cafe on the riverwalk. Ethan didn't like the restaurant at all. It was decorated like you were in a rain forest. They had mechanical animals throughout and they moved ever 12 mins. and then every once in a while you heard thunder. Most of the time we were there he was crying to leave. I really liked it though and so did everyone else. After that we walked for a bit longer on the riverwalk then we went back to the hotel and we swam in the pool. We decided to let Nate swim without his Jelly Bellies since last year he could swim without it by the end of the summer. He is now an independent swimmer. I can't believe how well he can swim. We owe it all to our Jelly Bellies Suits. They have been awesome. So far all the kids have learned how to swim with the Jelly Bellies and not with lessons. Ethan is also well on his way to swimming without some of the foam in. There is my plug for Jelly Bellies. The next morning(Saturday) we were going to drive to Corpus Christi for an airshow. Chris was so excited but we ended having really bad weather and we didn't want to drive that far and then it be cancelled so we decided to go home. We had fun in San Antonio though.
