On our way home from San Antonio we wanted to stop by the strawberry farm to see if they had any strawberries. They had a bunch but it was so muddy because it had rained so much. The kids picked a few but they were sliding all over the place so Chris and I pretty much picked 18lbs of strawberries by ourselves. The kids played in the mud and looked at the donkeys and horses they had there. We made a bunch of freezer jam and froze 2 small tubs of strawberries for smoothies or pancakes.

Is this the Marble Falls farm? I wanted to get out there this month too. That is a ton of strawberries! Enjoy the fruits of your labor!
