We also beached the boats on a little island and got out and swam for about 1/2 hour before we needed to go.

Kayla being rescued by Bro. Johnson. We got stuck in this cove and the current was really strong and she was having a hard time swimming back to the boat so he jumped in and got her. The wind was so strong that day. It always seems to be so windy when we go boating. She wasn't in any danger but she got a few mouthfuls of water and had a hard time. I am so proud of her for trying to wakeboard. She is such a determined little girl.

Nate and Ethan fell asleep for about the last 45 mins on the lake. They usually fall asleep on the boat if we have been out there all day. It is so cute. I don't know how Nate sleeps like that.

Ft. Hood gave most of the soldiers the day off on Friday so we went to the lake with some friends. The Shonks brought their boat and they invited a few people on their boat. We invited the Hansen family from our ward . They have 4 girls. My kids just love hanging out with their family. It was really nice and hot. We did some tubing and then we discovered a small hole in our tube so that was the end of tubing for that day so we did some wakeboarding. We also stopped in a little cove and anchored the boats for a while and ate lunch and let the kids jump out and swim.
